This program is being distributed as "beer-ware."  This means that

HOW TO USE THIS PROGRAM

This program is an add-on to any Standard Windows Screen Saver.
These are the  screen savers that ship with windows and have
the .SCR extension and that are selectable via the Control Panel
screen saver option.  One handy feature is that if you turn your
monitor off, but leave your computer on, then you will be able to
detect the fact that your machine is still running by looking at
the LEDs on the keyboard.

To install the program, copy ENHANCER.SCR and ENHANCER.HLP to
your windows directory.  Then use the control panel to pick
the "LED & Sound Enhancer" in the Screen Saver group.

Press the Setup... button to configure the wave file to be
played and the pattern that you want to appear on your 
keyboard LED indicators when the screen saver is activated.
There are some default patterns that come with the product
or you can create your own.
You also pick the video portion of the screen saver at
this time, this will be one of the windows screen savers.
